🎶 A Legacy of Movement and Excellence
Founded on May 6, 1978 (yes — 5-6-7-8!), The Talent Factory has grown into one of Southern California’s leading centers for dance, cheer, and gymnastics. With over 20,000 square feet of training space, we’ve been inspiring creativity, confidence, and teamwork in students for over 47 years.
Under the direction of Mrs. Andrea Roberts and Mrs. Carissa Rash, both long-time Chino residents, The Talent Factory continues to combine professional instruction with a welcoming, family atmosphere. Our mission is simple — to nurture every student’s potential, whether they dance for fun or train to compete.
🩰 Dance, Cheer, and Gymnastics for Everyone
Our state-of-the-art facility features eight dance studios equipped with both wood and marley floors — designed to suit every dancer’s needs. From toddlers taking their first steps to advanced performers perfecting their craft, our programs are built to challenge and inspire.
The Talent Factory Gym includes two Olympic-spring floors, a non-spring floor, tumble-trak, and a foam pit, giving gymnasts and cheerleaders the tools to safely build strength, skill, and confidence.
We’re proud to train students at every level — from recreational classes to competitive teams representing The Talent Factory at regional and national events. Many local schools, colleges, and community teams also partner with our experienced coaches.

Our advanced dance team, The Showstoppers, has earned top overall champion titles in multiple competition divisions.
Meanwhile, our Viper Athletics All-Star Cheerleaders are award-winning champions, known for their energy, teamwork, and spirit.
